Shop Minimum: The shop minimum at Sickly Studios is $80. This minimum covers the time and expenses associated with setting up and cleaning the equipment and procedure area, as well as the single-use supplies necessary to ensure a safe and sanitary tattooing environment provided by an experienced professional.
This minimum is the absolute lowest amount an artist will charge for any tattoo and applies per person per session.
Cancellation Policy: All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation. If canceled with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be applied to a future appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
Reschedule Policy: All appointments require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be applied to your new appointment. However, if an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, your deposit will be forfeited.
Late Policy: Please notify us if you are running late. If you're 30 minutes or more late without advance notice, you may forfeit your deposit, lose your appointment, and require a new deposit to reschedule.
Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and start at $50 to reserve your place on an artist's schedule. Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo at your final session unless forfeited.
Deposits will be forfeited in the following situations:
If you forfeit a deposit, you may be required to leave a new deposit before booking any future appointments. Deposits may not be transferred to another individual or applied to a different tattoo artist.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice:
At Sickly Studios, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 3 hours' notice. This courtesy allows us to better serve all our clients.
If you provide at least 3 hours' notice to reschedule, your prepaid payment can be applied towards your next scheduled appointment, provided it occurs within 5 business days. However, we understand that special situations may arise, and we are happy to discuss extending this time frame on a case-by-case basis. Please note that adjustments to service prices, such as for lash refills, may apply.
Late Arrival Policy:
We appreciate your punctuality. If you anticipate arriving late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time without prior notice, you may need to reschedule and forfeit your deposit.

To secure your beauty appointment at Sickly Studios, a payment policy is in place depending on how you book:

Fees:
Cancellations or no-call, no-show (NCNS) occurrences without the required notice will incur a fee starting at $35, depending on the service booked. This fee must be settled prior to your next appointment.
Payment Policy: In cases of no-call, no-show (NCNS), all pre-payments made are non-refundable. We may also require full payment for future appointments at the time of booking.
